This thirsty little koala was rescued by firefighters after it was found roaming a burned up forest outside Melbourne.

This is not a New Years Resolution. I swear!

The weather is getting to be a wee bit much & in an effort fight the winter blues my husband suggested I recontribute to Basil Bush. Good idea I thought so here I am. Again. Since moving I haven't been as crafty. The reduction of space has crippled my drive. Anywho, let's see where this goes shall we?

Marisposas Monarcas

I try not to post non-crafty/personal stuff but I couldn't resist sharing some photos of a monarch butterfly sanctuary I visited this past weekend.

These look like clumps of dry, dead leaves but really they are clumps of resting monarch butterflies!
